This is me and my friend Sara Underwood at the Playboy mansion. She was Playmate of the Year in 2007!
I’ve always been an active person. Even as a little kid I was always running around outside and playing sports and as an adult not much has changed. I’ve always been thin (it runs in my family) but I’ve definitely had to put in a lot of effort to get my body toned & sexy hahahahah. I’ve found the best and most fun way to do that is by biking, hiking, running outside, and pretty much doing anything outdoorsy AHHHHHHHH & DANCING!!!!!!!!!. That works for me because I’m not only staying healthy and getting in shape, but I actually LOVE doing it!
When I lived at the mansion, sometimes I used the gym there because come on…who wouldn’t??? but now I’ll go to the gym with Hank
When Hank starts training for the upcoming season though, I think I’m going to do some training with him…we’ll see if I can keep up! Pro football training isn’t exactly the kind of workout I’m used to…I think I can handle it though, don’t you?? I included some pictures of Hank looking hot on the field!

I spend as much time as I can outside to stay in shape! I walk around town for an hour each day & in the summer months I spend tons of time working in my yard on flowers! Lifting weights helps me too!
I like to go for walks outside and go hiking. I haven’t done any sports, but basketball looks like it can burn the calories. I also agree that dancing is the best way to stay in shape! I lost about 60 pounds and I say that dancing helped me a lot and walking, plus eating healthier.
I can’t wait for your show! June is too far away! I want to see it soon so bad! I wish I could laugh at stuff the way you do, you’re such a happy person.
Well, I’m having a baby in July so I prolly won’t be running, hiking, or biking any time soon. I’m sure I will have plenty of time to burn calories when I’m up 24/7 with the baby.

I love to dance (I was a cheerleader). Right now I’m getting back into lifting weights and running.
Ahh Kendra I’m such a huge fan! Were a lot like each other in many ways.
But I stay in shape by doing an hour of gymnastics twice a week and now I just made varsity cheerleader and we do a lot of working out. I also love to of course dance! I also go to the gym with my boyfriend every once in a while and that gives me a good work out.

Hi Kendra, thank you SO much for letting us know how you keep in shape. I am 25, 5′6.5 and 160 pounds. I have had arthritis since I was 19 and NEED to lose weight. I just have NO motivation for some reason…we got a dog, so maybe once he’s trained with me, I can go walking and biking with him more. What foods do you eat? Do you have a meal plan for yourself? I am naturally thin but still have some areas I’m not completely satisfied with, and I endeavour to have a body like yours one day. It turns out I’m the same height as you so I believe it must be possible. Last year I was going to the gym every day for about an hour and I’ve got the muscle, and am lucky to not put fat on my upper body but still have a wee bit of excess fat in my lower body which I’m not happy with, any ideas?
