Prenatal Yoga is the best!!! I reccomend it to any preggo lady!!! It really helps with a lot of discomfort and stiffness. I know many many ladies, including myself, that swear it helps come delivery time!! Every wpman that has done it throughtout their pregnancy has quick deliveries. My first delivery was only 5 hours!!!!! Start to finish!!!!!!!!!
i think you look beautiful kendra, i have watched most of your episodes of when you were a playboy girl and now followed your show kendra. i think you are growing into a fine young lady and i love that you don’t care what ppl think you do what you do and are a lovely person. good luck with the baby i’m a mother of two and would like to advise you of a epidural (they are fantastic!). go mummy kendra!
