hi everyone!!!! so the rumors are true…i am pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hank and i were beyond excited when we found out the news and ive been dying to tell all of you but we were waiting for the perfect time to do it. im sorry if you heard it first elsewhere…that’s not how i wanted it to happen, but im so glad its out in the open now.
i honestly still cant believe that soon hank and i are going to have a little athlete running around the house. seriously, the first thing this kid is going to see when its born is a football hahahahaha. do you think hank will let me dress the baby in a chargers jersey??? lololol.
this is the best wedding gift i could have ever asked for and i cant wait until the time gets closer when i can start decorating the baby’s room and shopping for him or her…im definitely going to go ALL out! all of you mommies out there are going to have to give me tips on all the important baby preparations…remember, im a first timer here haha. ive been reading all of the books but these books arent going to tell me everything so i definitely would appreciate your advice!
wow this has really been quite a year. from my career to my engagement, and now a baby too! im the luckiest girl in the world!!!!

hi everyone! i went to europe for a week with my friend Brittany recently to do interviews and photo shoots to promote the show since it launches over there on the 14th. as you can see in some of the pics, it wasn’t too warm there. one of the photo shoots i was freeeeeeezingggg my ass off!!!! hahahaha
we we went to london and poland but it was pretty much a work trip and i was soooo tired by the end…i wish we had more time to play. it was also really stressful being away for so long with my wedding just a month a way…there is still so much to do!
i was definitely happy to get home by the time the trip was over 
ill post some pics of me and brittany sight seeing tomorrow so keep an eye out! mwwwaaahhhh

hi everyone!!! i hope you all enjoyed the premiere of my new show KENDRA as much as i did!!!!! it was so fun for me to watch and relive all of that chaos hahaha.
anyway, now that the show has premiered i can show you these exclusive behind the scenes pics from when i shot the intro. the shoot ran for close to 8 hours and it was sooooooo tiring but the opening turned out amaaaaazing!!! there were so many outfit changes but it was definitely worth it! and also the song for it was written JUST for me. as much as i love it, i had that song stuck in my head for days after lololol.
thanks so much for watching my show tonight! how do you guys think i did on my own???

as you know im an outdoors girl so its hard to find fun ways to exercise in my house that keep me from getting bored. im like a little monkey and love to swing around on things haha so thats why i decided to create my own line of sports poles which will be coming out soon!!!!!
ive definitely hit the pole a time or two just for fun but wanted to learn the best ways to use it to get my body in smokin shape and look hottttt while doing it. i decided to take a professional lesson and had fitness instructor Estee Zakar come to my house to show me how to swing like a pro! its one of those things that people think they could never do but its a LOT easier than it looks…TRUST ME!!!!
this is one of the best ways to work out and at the same time get your significant other worked up…just ask hank lolololol.
tomorrow ill post a video from my lesson so you can get some pointers on how to master the pole!!!
